How soon can my website be up and running?

Most websites are ready to go live within 2–4 weeks.

(An accelerated timeline is also available upon request).

What platform do you use?

We specialise in designing e-commerce and portfolio websites exclusively on the Shopify platform.

What is the monthly cost for using Shopify?

Subscription fee paid to Shopify each month:

E-commerce: from £25 (plus transaction fees and any paid apps).

Portfolio / non selling website: £9

What theme will you use?

We work with themes from the Shopify Store. Shopify provides a limited selection of free themes with basic customisation options, as well as a wide variety of paid themes offering advanced features and unique designs.

In most cases, we recommend opting for a paid theme to maximise functionality and flexibility. But the final choice will depend on your business's specific needs.

Will I have full control of my website?

Yes, once we hand over the website and you choose your payment plan, full ownership of the website will be transferred to you.

What support do you offer?

Throughout the process, we will guide you in navigating the system with helpful, step-by-step tutorials. After delivery, we offer limited support for a short period.

Our goal is to equip you with the skills needed to manage your Shopify website independently. Of course, we're always available if you need further assistance.

What do you need from me?

To create your website, we'll need a variety of high-quality assets, including lifestyle images, product details and images, your logo, and more.

Any delays in providing these materials may impact the overall delivery timeline.

Are you able to customise the code?

Our web service is tailored for ease of use after delivery. Therefore we do not provide code customisations
