Have individual slider for top and bottom padding. Have toggle to turn each option on or off. Desktop view can all be in one line with icon on left and writing on the right ( header and sub text). Also block must be in the middle centred. On mobile view ,use Carousel. Style the pagination as small round dots, 8px by 8px, with equal spacing and centred alignment. Active dot should be solid black, inactive dots light grey, Make the carousel display one centred slide at a time and must not overflow websites borders. Pagination should be small round dots.
